Has anyone ever heard of/done

The rose ceremony at the wedding ceremony??

my FH co worker did something wtih a rose at her wedding a few weeks ago. She and her new husband gave both mothers a rose before the ceremony concluded. Is that what you're talking about??

our priest/rabbi suggested it to us it sounds really nice!

ps FF bride.. I'm going for our taste testing on Sunday! I'm so excited! Do they have a pen/paper for you to mark down as you go what you like and don't like?

Its towards the end of the ceremony ... Officiant hands a rose to him and I and then has us exchange the rose and talks about the symbolism of that exchange ...

I've also heard of giving them roses out of your bo-k. I'm assuming this needs to be discused with the florist so he can put them in a certain spot.

YEP! They actually give you a folder there that will have a ton of information in there. Final menu selection sheets and paperwork regarding things you will be bringing there and what you need them to provide. As well as seating charts ..

Theyre so great there. Who are you working with? At our final meeting we drank a bottle of champagne - it was so fun!!!

I HOPE you get to taste the lasagna with the cognac sauce - by the far the greatest thing ever!!!

Im working with Hallie. Shes awesome. We just had the final meeting this past Sunday. Are you planning on an outdoor ceremony weather permitting? Have you picked your music yet for ceremony and CH?

Oh, about the cake. Audreys will provide you with a free tasting platter for you to try different flavors! Just call them up and tell them what cakes and what fillings you are interested in and they will give you tastes of each. You will also get to taste some at your tasting at FF. So that gives you an opportunity to try ones you didnt already try.

My recommendation - chocolate chip vanilla cream cake with white chocoalate mousse!! SOOO AMAZING!
