My mom has, it came out good. You have to buy the special rice.

i got my GF a sushi-making kit from Cooking.com last year for Xmas. she loves it!! i think it comes with everything but the fish.

I never have, but my DH used to when he was single... make sure you ask for SUSHI-GRADE fish when shopping!! You can't just buy any old tuna, etc... you have to make sure it's good enough to eat raw.

My friend had a sushi making party one night.

It was so much fun! I would love to make it at home but FH is not a sushi fan.

yes... I love making sushi. I make it with brown rice b/c
1 - it is better for you
2. it sticks together the best

I used to roll it by hand, but now it is really esy to get the rolling mats(they are bamboo).

yes...make sure that you get the right grade fish....most residential freezers are not cold enough to kill the bacteria....
