Has anyone ever seen a sapphire or gemstone eternity band?
I've never seen one, and I'm going to google in a minute. I'm wondering if anyone else has seen one, and was it nice?
I don't know if they make them - are the gemstones too delicate?
I guess I'll go do some googling. thanks in advance to anyone that has info.
eta: I love the 'punch of color' next to an e-ring diamond, and I love the look of an eternity band- we can't afford a diamond one at this point in our lives!!!

I actually did saw one on ebay, it was sapphires with diamonds. I will look for it.

this is by far my favorite --- it's not eternity, so it's more affordable.... the princess rotated are sooo pretty.
The e-ring FH and I are looking at is an antique-style engraved solitaire setting - this would look so beautiful with it!!!

i love the one with millgrain - if you go with an antique ring- their are simon G rings that can be added withsaphires probably - tiffany has a channel set saphire ring
i might only do a half eternity band because saphires scratch a lot easier then diamonds - i thought they were pretty strong until i looked at my mom's saphire ring and she has to have it taken apart and throughly polished every couple years- it gets really scratched

thank you, that is what I was afraid of. A half-band is prabably more realistic.

thank you, that is what I was afraid of. A half-band is prabably more realistic.
i went with a half eternity band- because i am very mean to my bands- but i am going to have two bumps put in so it does not rotate - i have it on my engagement ring now

I LOVE those rings...and yes, I have seen a sapphire eternity band...I think I saw it at Freedman's Jewlers in Huntington.

Check out Michaelcfina.com. He sells sheldon speyer rings who makes a ton of gemstone eternity bands.
