IDK my brother and his g/f are planning on getting married next august at Gurneys and she saw a pic of this dress. So I said I would post it here to see if anyone had ever seen it before.

That looks like a Bill Levkoff dress I was looking at at a Bridal shop. Their site it not working correctly on my computer so I cant look it up.
The one I saw was the same material and came in a whole bunch of colors with different color sashes.

Try Dessy it looks similar to that style as well. Thats a tissue taffeta because its irridesecent its not a reg taffeta.

I also think it's bill levkoff, and that shade appears to be the same as their blue.
