I've never stayed there myself but we put people up there for work all of the time. No one seems to complain. I was going to block there for our wedding but their price was kind of high...

oh everything was great, the hotel was so clean and nice etc. there was just 1 thing...
the rooms have this sort of balcony to them it's like an outer walkway thingy that overlooks the center lobby... and we were like wow that's cool! and then we went to close the curtains so we could have some, um, privacy. yeah they don't close. there's like the sheer curtain that goes all the way across the huge glass sliding door but the opaque one you cant close it all the way across. and people can walk out there - there's not separate private balconies it's like just a walkway... so anyone can just see into your room?!? needless to say we were too uncomfortable to have some special private time. i just thought it was so strange!

Our block was there for our wedding and we stayed there two days. We didn't have any problems with privacy... our curtains closed just fine. It was a great hotel!! We got lots of great pictures there too -- getting ready, our reveal, and family shots. It was also great the night after our wedding because we hung out in the lobby area and just gabbed, talked, played games, and drank for hours (right under the lights of the elevators) -- we could even BYOB.
Sorry you didn't like it -- it was just a great place and I was so so happy we blocked there.

We stayed there after a wedding in the area last year....we thought it was great! The couple said they were really happy and there were no issues.

oh no it's not that we didn't like it - the hotel itself was great! and we had breakfast in the bistro this morning and it was incredible!!!
we just thought the curtain thing was odd, and we were wondering if all the rooms were like that or if we are either a) morons, or b) got a weird room. even FH tried to close them - there was no track.
