Has anyone ever taken Promethazine?

I have to say this is a MIRACLE drug for me. With severe morning sickness this has helped tremendously! Anyone out there with morning sickness and can not bare to keep vomiting talk to your docotr about Promethazine. It helps me!

Has anyone ever taken Promethazine for morning sickness, nausea and vomiting? I have been vomiting 3-4 times a day now and I finally called my docotr for help and they immedietly placed the prescription for Promethazine. The only side affect they told me was drowsiness. Has anyone experienced this drug? I know the doctor would not of prescribed it if it was harmful to the baby, but I just worry....
