has anyone ever tried the diet pill ALI?

I haven't but I know people who have. Beware, if you go off their diet, your system will hate you!

I think WW is a better bet. I lost 87 lbs on it.

Someone I know did and they woke up in a puddle of their own poo.

I'd also recommend WW. It's fantastic! I lost 20 pounds on it and have maintained the loss for almost a year and a half.

DO NOT take ALI... it's awful... the reason it makes you lose weight is because when you eat anything greasy or fattening, you secrete a disgusting oily discharge, that alone makes you not want to eat a thing... I know a few people that tried this and all said the same thing.

Slimbionic is pretty good with almost no side effects...

you have to be on the most strictest diet when taking ALI, I have never taken it myself because I know I could never stick to the diet plan they suggest and the consequences alone are enought to make me cringe and run away from it (like someone above said, puddles).

Seriously consider Weight Watchers. As someone who has tried every diet under the sun, WW is the only one that truly worked for me. When I did it years ago for the first time, I lost 30 pounds. I'm back on it now to get myself in shape for the wedding and to finally reach my goal weight.

funny my friend just told me about this over the weekend and when I went into GNC the guy in there was like..go do some research on it first,..so for him to not try to sell me it I was freaking out lol but my friend did say if you have digestive problems, as I do, you should stay away from it

right in the package insert it says not to wear 'light colored pants' as well as anal leakage and discharge...
I would say WW is the best bet!!!
