Honestly I would do the in office whitening. Im a dental assistant and do the bleaching in the office and the deals that look to good to be true..are. You may get high sensitivity or very little results.

crest white strips are great. they make your teeth a little sensitive, but they definitely whiten!

I did it there once a long time ago, when it was like $99 , and it lasted about a day. I wouldn't recommend it. You would probably get better results with crest whitestrips.

the FH just did it ... honestly - i lie to him and tell him it worked but it doesnt look any different
