I really didnt like them, and this is just personal preference.
I didn't like that the person i met with was 'an owner' and not a photographer. I prefer to meet with THE person who will shoot MY wedding. I also didn't like the albums they had us look at were 'Staff' albums and so they didn't even KNOW which photographer had shot what album. Their work is very good, but also inconsistent and I didn't want to deal with a crapshoot of what photographer I would get. I think choosing the photographer him or herself is as or more important than choosing the company. I really didn't like that they were such a huge company. The person i spokle with couldn't even answer all of my questions and actually seemed annoyed by them. I was frustrated to be talking to someoen who didn't really know enough about photography itself to answer ym uestions.
They do have great work and a lot of good reviews!! Best of luck

I know one person who used proline...actually it was my lawyer who handled our closing..he raved and raved about them..but i didn't get any specifics

A friend of mine used them and absolutely loved her pictures, I saw a few and they looked great.

I'm using proline, and they were awesome. I met with the manager, he sat with me and worked up prices and customized a package for me. I asked him if i could see my photographers work. he said they have a staff of nine photographers who are all similare, so god forbid something happened, they have others. They also put a clause in my contract that nothing was final until i met with and talked to the photographer i would have that day. We did, and i booked them. so far so good...i get married next week and will let you know!

I used them for both photo and video and I loved them, my pics came out great as did the DVD, they were on time (coming from LI to SI on a saturday during the summer) and the photographer and his assistant couldnt have been nicer.

I used them and would not recommend them. Or I can at least tell you who not to use for your photographer. FM me if you want details.
