ive never used them but i think they are really pretty..maybe you can ask your hair stylist

They look like the ones you twist into your hair. It looks like there's a coil in the back and you enter the end piece into your hair and turn it to go all the way through.

They are very pretty- I have never seen ones with that kind of back. I am sure your stylist can get them in there snugly though. I used the kinds with the little combs in the back, and they were fine too.

my mom has used pins like that... they stayed in fine... they twist into your hair...

I tried one on when I was browsing for hairpins. You just have to be sure to twist them in real good so they stay.

I have many pairs. They just twist into your hair like you turn a dial. If you use them make sure you have good hair spray.
