Looks similar to what my aunt had for all three of her kids. see if they have one set up at Target, and you can see how sturdy it is. Remember, they didn't always have the dresser/changer combos like they have now. As for me, we are using the top of the dresser with a changing pad on it. It is also a space saver, and if you are planning on getting a dresser then you could just do that.
