Has anyone ever worked in Ann Taylor?

I met a manager of a store and she just told me they are hiring. I am thinking of doing it part time. She said as long as I did 8 hours week.

If anyone has worked there can you let me know what is was like and what is the discount and also the pay to expect? I have not a clue.

I am more interested in the discount than the pay anyway. I just ask for an idea of the pay b/c I have no clue and I don't want to go in there asking for $10 and they look at me like I am crazy. I have never worked retail so I am not sure of the rates.
