Has anyone every used Tanya's Fine European Tailoring...

My friend's DOC recommended her to me to do the alterations for my lace wedding gown.

Has anyone on here had any experience with her?

In Sayville, right?
I used her for my dress and was very happy. She really pays attention to detail. Affordable too. My dress needed to be taken in a lot and I had cups sewn in and a bustle, it was like $200. She also stored the dress for me for 2 months before I began alterations because it came in early and I had no place to store it,

Thank you for your input. My dress is not in yet, but I need to find someone for alterations and I will probably use her.

I am debating if I should go to her. bought my dress at Paradise bridal and I have heard not so good things about their alterations, so I was debating whether or not I should take it out of their storage and bring it to Tanya.

Oh yeah...I heard she was great! My friends parents up the block use her for all types of tailoring and a girl I knew who had 'problems with their alterations at other places....brought it to Tanya to 'fix'..and there were great results

I used her for my alterations, she was fabulous. For less than half of what the bridal salons would have charged she let out the seams of my jacket, did my bustle, took my dress in, let it out and took it back in again.

I highly highly recommend her for alterations
