Has Anyone Gone to French Polynesia...

In November?

Its supposed to be the start of their rainy season then

I went in May - and i heard that is thier winter time. It was about 90 every day and comfortable. I never got burnt and only wore 15 sunscreen the whole time. I typically do burn even here in the LI sun I know this doesnt answer your question but i figured i'd chime in

my husband got the french Polynesian frommers book and it was really helpful with all the suggestions for hotels/restaurants/etc.

We went to Tahiti (2days)/Moorea (4 days) and Bora Bora (5 days). if we had to do it over again we would only stay in Tahiti for one night as a rest night after all the traveling. We were not crazy about Tahiti or the place we stayed at there- the radission.

Moorea and Bora Bora are both equally beautiful and both places (The Pearl/Sofitel) we stayed at were stunning. we got over water bungalows.

I keep hearing that about Tahiti, really good to know!

the internet is so redundant and overwhelming sometime I definiitely need to look into getting that book

I was thinking of maybe staying only in Bora Bora and maybe just switching up the hotels
