My 10 year is coming in June and I'm torn about going. Has anyone been to theirs? How was your experience?
On one hand I think it might be rather amusing, on the other hand could be horrifying. Thoughts?

I didn't go to the 10 year, if there was one. I thought that was too soon.
My 20 year (gasp!) is coming in 3 years. Holy crap I'm old.

I didn't go to my 10 year. I really felt it was too soon. All of my friends went though. Funnym they said within two drinks everyone was back to themselves

I went to mine, a friend talked me into it. We had a good time, it was nice to see some people I hadn't seen in years and it was nice to talk about some people I had no desire to see

Mine's coming up this summer.
I'm looking forward to it because I look way better now that I did then.
But I'm not looking forward to it because I'm sure that it will be cliquey.
My be all end all solution is to get smashed.

I wanted to go to my 10-year but couldn't. I'm from upstate and they always seem to have our reunions at a totally inconvenient time during Thanksgiving Weekend. Like Sunday afternoon when OOT people are leaving/gone
Anyways, if I went I would have forced one of my firends to go with me..it's funny, I was so shy then..still am a little..but have definitely become more outgoing..but I don't think I would feel like my comfortable, 'now' self without a friend there

i went to my schools 5 year reunion and had the greatest time!!! it was really great to see everyone - and it was like a big love fest!! all the alcohol totally helped everyones nerves!
i think you should go - it will be fun - and if its not - just leave.

i felt my school was very cliquey too - everyone was too drunk to care - it was a lot of fun! alcohol was everyones best friend.

I didn't go because I felt like it was too soon too. A bunch of us did get together though and had a sort of anti-reunion reunion, which was a lot of fun--we ended up seeing other people who didn't want to go too!

I didn't go.. They planned it very last minute. It was last year in Nov. and I had been to so many weddings I wasn't in the mood to go to another thing like that and on top of that it was over $100 pp, which I didn't want to pay.

MY HS has had 2 reunions- a 5 year and a 10 year. I didn't go to either.

I didn't go to my reunion but I also didn't keep in touch with anyone from high school. If they have a 20yr reunion, I doubt I will go.

I didnt go to mine... there were about 30 in my graduating class (I went to a small private school) and most of them I knew or was in touch with anyway - actuay, come to think of it - we didnt have one!!!!
