Has anyone had a good experience with Afterhours for Tuxes?

I have heard soo many bad reviews I was wondering if anyone had a good experience with these guys? We have groomsmen all over the US so it is between Afterhours or Men's Warehouse. Any positive feedback or raves for a specific locations?

hi! we used afterhours for our wedding last year.... and we had no problems at all!
i live in NJ, and the weddnig was in NJ, so i dealt with the stores here... but we had no problems. DH and most of the GMs were all 2 hours away, so they got measured and picked their tuxes up at the one near them, and my dad picked his up at the store near him....and we had no problems at either store.
in fact, at first i was gonna have all the GMs pick up the tuxes at the store near me, but i changed it so they could get the tuxes by their houses, and afterhours had no problem doing that, they also had no prob when i changed my mind on the color vest for the GMs....

MY BEST FRIEND USED THEM LAST YEAR FOR HER WEDDDING. HER ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE MESSED UP THE JR USHER VEST. THEY WEREN'T VERY ACCOMEDATING WHEN SHE CALLED TO TELL THEM IT WAS ALMOST LIKE OH WELL UNTIL SHE SAID CAN I HAVE CORPRATES NUMBER PLEASE THEN IT WAS LIKE KISS A**! SO IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM AND HAVE PROBLEM JUST SAY CORPRATES NUMBER PLEASE AND I AM SURE THEY WILL BE KISSING A**

I didn't! They were rude and inpersonal when I took my bro there to get fitted. We walked out soon after b/c they wouldn't answer our questions.

when i bought my dress at davids, i put down a $20 deposit for afterhours (same company) and then after the madness of davids, i went to cancel my afterhours....they seemed really unorganized and veryreluctant to cancel...but i just didn't trust them at all. they were having trouble with everyone in the store that day....and it took 20 minutes before an employee acknowledged me. 2 females in a tux shop are like white elephants, you know? also, the slip i received for my deposit (which i saved to prove i could get my $20 back) had july 26th as our wedding date...now, our date has changed twice, BUT that date was NEVER the datet!!!! anyway...

we went to men's wearhouse where there are designated people to do tux rentals...and had a great time. we used men's wearhouse in august for another wedding and had a great experience as well.

A family friend used after hours. It wasn't terrible, but they did give FH a tux with a pin for a missing button. They fixed it when we went back in, but it took a while.

FH and I went to After Hours, we spent nearly two hours there. We were very unhappy with their service and choices. We have decided to go else where and just take the loss on the $ we already gave them towards FH's Tux

I heard that they were going out of business, being taken over by another company.

we used them for my wedding and they were fine! I just kept calling them to make sure everything was ok. No problems and the tuxes were great!
