Originally my FH and I agreed on a country, rustic wedding with the ceremony and reception in one place outside. We've been debating between doing this and having a winter wedding in a venue... but if we decide on the 'DIY' wedding-- can anyone recommend tent companies and table/chair/etc rentals? if so, can you also include a quoted price if you have it? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
Also if anyone knows of any great areas? I don't necessarily need a barn but I'd like enough room for a large tent and a lot of electricity outlets (lol) for a massive amount of lights!

We looked into this too and ended up picking an indoor option at a rustic venue in NYC. For the chair, flatware, barware, silverware, rentals (no tent), we were quoted at approximately $35-$55/person and a tent would run anywhere from $3k-$4.5k.
Road Runner Rentals. I called them for a quote and it was about 350.00 for a tent, chairs, tables and lights for about 60 people. I also called some farms in Suffolk County to do the same thing- and just to rent the grounds was going to 5,000.00 not including anything else. I also called Westbury Gardens and I remember they had decently good prices- I can't remember exactly how much.. but you should try calling there too!
