has anyone had experience with getting a different dress after your original already came in?

My dress came in a few weeks ago and i always had doubts about my dress. i posted the other day about selling it but i mite as well wear it for pictures and the ceremony and yadda yadda. basically i want to know if anyone has bought a dress and then decided they wanted a different one after the fact that the dress came in? i saw my dress the other day after it came in and didnt realize how pink it is. i wish i could get it in white instead of this pink color. i doubt i can ask them to return it and get it white but i just wanted to make sure im right. thought u girls would have some insight.

I had this experience but I ordered a new dress and lost the $500 deposit on the original dress.... but that's because i changed my mind months after it had already come in.... I know a couple of girls on here didn't like their dress after it had already come in and since it had just come in, they were able to put the deposit towards another dress.... i don't remember who it was though.... if I were you, I wouldn't wait... I'd call the store ASAP and tell them you're really unhappy with your dress and ask if they can please put your deposit towards a new one...... or in your case, maybe exchange it for a different color..... It can't hurt to ask.....good luck!
