Has anyone heard of...

a restaurant called Jonathan's? I am not sure where it is but I think it is in Nassau County. Any reviews?

There's a restaurant called Jonathan's in Huntington village but I'm not sure if that's the one you're talking about. I think there might be another Jonathan's in the Garden City area (?)

I've been there - it's on Jericho Turnpike and close to Herricks Road I think. We like this place - they have a diverse menu, nice service and atmosphere and it's also pretty reasonable. We went there with another couple and the total bill was about $150 with 3 of us having drinks.

Yeah thats the one on Jericho Turnpike by Mineola or in Mineola.

It is on Jericho Trpke in Garden City Park/Mineola. It is in front of the walbaums there.

Some people really love that place. I ate there once and it was good but only ok for the price. I know a lot of people have rehearsal dinners there.

I am going to my cousins first communion dinner there on 5/3. I will give you a full review then. I've heard great reviews.

As promised, my review:
My cousin had her First Communion dinner there and I must say it was a huge success. I'll be as detailed as possible.

Location- Prime. Right on Jericho Tpke in Garden City Park. Very easy to get to and it has a decent size parking lot.

Decor- very nice. I had never been there but it was a very nice place. Contemporary and moden. We had about 35 people there and they gave us the room to the right as soon as you walk in. It was perfect for a rehearsal dinner.

Food- REALLY, REALLY GOOD!!!!!!!! My cousin had ordered platters of Calamari (the best), baked clams, Hazelnut chicken fingers and Mozzarela sticks.

We had a choice of 5 entress. Salmon or Lemon Sole Mediterranean with Fresh Lemon, Oregano and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Chicken alla Jonathan's-Pan Roasted Chicken Breast with Grilled Vegetables drizzled with a Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Veal alla Parmigiana with Tomato Basil Sauce.
Penne alla Vodka with Julienne Chicken in a Vodka Pink Sauce.
Jonathan's Prime Sirloin Steak.

I recommend the Penne all Vodka (REALLY GOOD) and the Salmon. FI had steak and it was good.

Drinks- We had a running tab so it was free for all. GREAT!!!! Good drinks.

Dessert- The cake was not good. Bring your own if you can.
