Someone recommended Forever Video for an affordable videographer. Their packages are really cheap and the wedding videos look good. Has anyone heard of them or used them before??

Re: Has anyone heard of/used Forever Video?
Hi! I recommended them ont he other board. You wont find many (if any) girls on here who have used them. They arent an LIW vendor and they recently moved their business from Queens to Canada. They still do a ton of weddings here in NY, but they are based out of Canada. You can try asking on theknot.com since thats where I found them over a year ago....there may be a few people over there that have used them.
Check out my reveiw though.

I just contacted them and checked out their website. I also read your review and you seemed really happy with them so I just might end up booking with them. They are so much more affordable then any other videographers Ive heard of. Hopefully they will be in the NYC area around the time of my wedding. The sample videos look good...Thanks!!

This is what forever video's 895 package includes...
Ceremony & Reception: $895 -Up to 5 hour video coverage of the wedding ceremony & reception -Use a broadcast 3-chip digital camera -Use a wireless mic for the wedding ceremony -Use non-linear editing systems to digitally edit the wedding video footage -Add up to 20 childhood photos to a photo montage -Add in a few favorite love songs of your choice -Add in special visual effects (e.g. animated transitions, B&W, slow motion,...) -Produce a finished and fully edited wedding video -Provide 2 DVDs in hard cases featuring pictures of bride and groom
It seems like a lot for just 895...

Yea, they did a really great job. Did you email them? Michael is usually pretty fast with responding. Their prices are awesome -- thats why we booked. And they were sooooo fast.

He would probably do it for you. For us he threw in the raw footage which is normally like $250 extra. Tell him Jennifer Day referred you.

He actually has a cameraman who lives in NY and does all the NY weddings. and Michael does all the editing in Canada. I had been worried but they were able to do everything in NY no problem -- it worked out great. And we didnt pay for the shipping from Canada to NY either. I was even able to see the camera man's work ahead of time (online -- they sent me links of weddings he filmed)
