My co-worker did and unfortunately after starving herself, she didn't shed any pounds.
The drink is not that bad.

My friend has done this. She claims that the drink tastes good, but she does it more as a cleanse to rid herself of toxins, not to lose weight.
She does it like once a year.

I did an Arbonne cleanse for 7 days and lost 5 pounds (all bloat). I felt great after and had soo much energy. It's amazing and you don't starve yourself...you just eat the right way .

oh and the purpose of the Arbonne cleanse is to rid yourself of toxins...and lose a few pounds...
