'Blessed' ??? And If so what did you do? BTW its not like we have ghosts or anything
I have heard of doing everything from salting the corners?
....and paying someone to come over to bless it. or doing it myself with blessed water from church...
Am I just crazy or does everyone do this???

You can bless your house with a feng shui blessing. I believe its water and oranges or cinnabar and rice. I wanted to do the cinnabar and rice blessing but i was having a hard time finding it. The blessings are pretty simple but it will take you some time to complete. You can find that ifno in feng shui for dummies. It's difficult to find a feng shui consultant.

No blessings...we just moved on in...however, my mother did come over with salt and sprinkled some in front of our main entrance...don't know why or what it means.

I think I have a card for a consultant, from NJ, the store is called the Purple Pear. If you want me to look for the ## let me know, FM me and I will look for it. You can 'smudge' the house --you will need to go to a new age type store, i have a few smudge sticks, its gets all the negative vibes etc...out of the house. I know of a store in Port Jefferson that carries them.

I know my mother blesses the house for each new year and she writes some saying in chalk on the door. I believe when we lived in Brooklyn she had a priest come over and bless the house since we lived like 5 blocks from our church.

In my culture and religion we usually have a priest come and bless the house. About a month after we closed the priest came by and performed a blessing.

When I eventually get a house, in about a million years, I plan on asking my aunt, who is a nun to come and bless our house.
