We actually used a Swarovski crystal ornament- we couldn't find any regular cake toppers that we liked

I bought the plain topper which is made of wood (before pics in my album). Then I bought a bunch of swavorski crystals from Michaels Crafts (you can also buy them in bulk online). Using clear glue and tweezers, hold an individual crystal with the tweezers and put a tiny drop of glue on the flat back of the crystal and put on the topper. You can paint the topper before gluing the crystals its easier then going back and filling in tiny spaces with a paintbrush like i did . Also, its a good idea to buy crystals in various sizes so that you can fit them better. Let me know if you have anymore questions, good luck!

I couldn't find any cake topper that I liked so I made my own using a figurine of a Jewish couple under a chuppa that I found online fairly inexpensively- I have pics in my album- btw everyone at our wedding found out that I made the topper and they loved the fact that it was truly original.
