I have a one-piece maternity swimsuit. I have to look for pics from last summer. I havent been in the pool with this pregnancy.
I dont see anything wrong with preggo gals wearing a 2 piece. IT looks adorable !! One girl in preggo my swim class last year wore a tank-style 2 piece. Id probably feel more comfortable with that, than a bikini

I got pregnant towards the end of the summer so I didn't have to think about this.

I had a 2-piece but it had a long top, not bikini top. I don't wear a bikini normally so I didn't during pregnancy.

two summers ago, friends and i had a place in FI. there was a woman in the house next to ours who was super-preggo and wore a black bikini the whole summer. she looked fabulous!! the guys in our house were a little freaked out, but she carried herself so well and with such confidence, that she looked fantastic!!!!!!!

I think the belly preggo is a beautiful thing, and if you can wear it well in a bikini, more power to ya!! Its a masterpiece, baby!

I plan to wear one next week on my vacation, of course i will only be 8 weeks so nothing is really showing yet. I will be pretty big this summer and as of right now I plan to wear a bikini. I haven't owned a one piece since 1978!

Since I'm not a fan of my non-preggo body in a bikini, I'll probably stick with the one piece or tankini when I get preggo.

My DH and I are headed to the Bahamas in February, when I'll be 26 weeks along. I don't normally wear bikini's, so I won't during my Pregnancy either. However, I will be wearing a 2-piece in the Bahamas, but it is a tankini, so the belly will be fully covered!!
My baby is due in May, so I essentially escape the having to wear a bathing suit during pregnancy, except for our mini vacation in February.

Runs in to room waving hand wildly, I will, I will. I wear them now, and I will when the time comes.
When we were in St Martin for our 1 yr, there was a preggo lady in a 2 piece and she looked great.

Gosh Shamma you brought back a old St Martin memory. Me and my friend went years ago and were out late so went to the beach real early in the morning so we could sleep on the beach. Well they had a nude and a prude side of the beach and we went to the prude side. Feel asleep...woke up and everyone was nude!! There was 3 nude preganant woman (not to mention...other nude people)...anyway we were the only ones with clothes on....someone switched the signs!!

Oh to answer the question, I wasn't preganant in the summer. I think preganant ladies look beautiful in bikini's!!!

I think that if I were obviously preggo, I would wear a bikini. I think in the beginning though, I would feel a little uncomfortable when I was just starting to show.

I'm not preggo, but if I do get preggo and it's summer, I will def be one of those in a kini!!
