Williams-sonoma? How has the expierence been?

I didn't, but a friend of mine did....I never heard any complaints and pulling up her registry was easy. They are affiliated with Macy's, so I'm assuming they run the same way or similar.

I've had a great experience, they were really sweet and helpful.

Went to Roosevelt Feild.

i did. its my FH's favorite store! registering was easy and they were very friendly. no one has bought us anything off it so i cant say anything about delivery or anything.
defianty register there, its our favorite place. i love their cook books

My friend is registered here, I plan on registering there because she has had such a great experience with them. When I had to buy gifts for her, they were so helpful and they wrapped everything beautifully! The one in Roosevelt field was very nice, but the one in Manhasset was a little more chaotic, and they seemed a little disorganized.

I had my registry there and they were great. The people who placed their orders from the web site never had the items removed from my list, so I got a lot of doubles and they were very nice about it at the store. I was credited for everything. They also have a 'thank you' list feature that posts what they bought and their address. I was also registered at Macys and Fortunoff and had no problems!

One of my friends had an instance with the registry not being updated, so she got duplicate pasta makers

But i think its a great store, and she had an easy time with exchanging. As a customer, i found shopping there pretty easy and the people are so nice and helpful.

I love Williams Sonoma. I registered there and had a great experience. I went to the one in smithhaven Mall but also registered for some things online. I received some things from them fo my e-party and they were beautifully wrapped- definitely register with them!
