VACUUMS?

I am being pretty lazy and hoping someone here has done the leg work. I am looking for an upright bagless, I need one with good suction cause I have a dog that sheds a lot.

Any info will be appreciated.
TIA

We are getting the Dyson Animal because of Petunia's shedding but I do have some research. I'll be right back. I just have to find it in my email

this is supposed to be excellent for pet hair, a little pricey but I hear it's worth it.

Re: Has anyone researched......

i got a Dirt Devil and its pretty good - its dual cyclonic and is bagless, upright. You can see everything that the vaccuum picks up and it is GROSS! we have a dog - and I vaccuum alot and its amazing how much stuff keeps coming out of the carpet!

If you have the $ i'd get a Dyson I hear those are great.....but the Dirt Devil we have isn't bad at all...and its half the price - its a reaction, 12 AMP, Hepa Filter, dual cyclonic, bagless....

I want that... but at the same time, no one i know would buy us a $500 vacuum and I'd have a hard time looking super excited about a vacuum at the shower if they DID get it, so i'd feel bad lol.

I hear ya, I am sure a few people would go in together b/c it is a lot of money but my vacuum is one of the top things that I am excited for. That and nice luggage. We have lived together for 3 years so we have a lot of stuff already.

I have a dyson animal, and its worth every penny, especially if you have animals.

Question. Lets say you register for the dyson Animal at Macys and it is $500, can someone use a coupon or something to get it cheaper?
