Has anyone seen this dress?
With a gold sash (almost looks like a cumberbun - spelling??) and not a strapless, but with almost a halter or straps????

It's Monique Lhullier... it is like 4 parts... jacket, camisole, skirt and the sash...
they have some other choices so you could mix and match...
