Reminds me of an an old advertisement for Simone Carvalli. If you found it on a website or better yet a magazine - you could always call an editor or departement and find out who placed the ad i.e bridal shop or designer. Hope this helps. =) You can always try to bring in the photo to a bridal shop and most attendants almost always help you pick out something similar in style. Best of luck.
