It was under construction when we were there... but it looks like a nice resort. Make sure the construction is finished before you book, ask your TA about it. Sometimes it can take longer than they say.

thanks! i just read some reviews on there... great idea! they were all related to the construction, so I'll definitely have to ask about that!

You're welcome. Maybe get pricing on the Pearl too... they might be similar in price.

I was supposed to stay there. When we arrived in moorea we found out it was still under construction so they bumped us to Intercontinental Beachcomber which was absolutely gorgeous..

yes, we definitely will! i contacted claudia from pacific for less, and she gave us our first quote, which included the sofitel moorea... so i wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts, because it looks beautiful in the pictures, but the pearl looked so beautiful too!

I am also trying to choose between the Sofitel and Sheraton in Moorea.
I read good things about Sofitel on tripadvisor and the pictures look very modern.
I'm probably also going to go with Sofitel and am using Claudia from Pacific for Less.
