to prevent a cold? I think I am getting one - I want to try this stuff to see if is works.
I was planning on taking it ( I think I am getting something and the wedding is 10 days away...agh) but opted to take Zinc and Eccenechia (sp?) instead... All seems well with me for now. Good Luck
i love this stuff. i'm a teacher so i use it all the time.
I keep some in my desk at school. I take it when a bunch of kids have colds and it generally works.
yes!! but the lemon flavor is NASTY... get the other one... and I also need to drink it with cold water and a straw... but it does work wonders!!

I swear by this stuff - I try to take it whenever I feel a cold coming. I also like the orange one better.
I like it but find the zicam nasal swabs work better for me.
