Has anyone tried.......

Billy Blanks boot camp?

I need to do something at home. I've joined the gym twice and failed so that will be a waste.

or any work outs to do at home that are productive.

I have serious toning issues with my arms, inner thighs and stomach

I used 'Walk away the pounds' DVD last year. It was pretty fun. You power walk in your house but they switch it up with different moves and toning breaks. Its 30 mins but it flies by.

You cant exercise in this heat unless you have A/C... wait for fall

me too. I bought my gown back in march so according to the salon it should be here in september. not that i'm doing a fitting right away, but just knowing it almost here it should be motivation to get my behind in serious gear from sept on. plus i don't wanna be jiggling down the beach when we're in cancun.

i think i'll just buy his tapes and see what happens. i had success with his tae-boe when it orignated, so why not this.

and maybe my FI will take interest. His not fat, but indeed has a beer belly

I have it! I was a little dissapointed b/c it's almost exactly like Tae-Bo. It comes with resistance bands to increase intensity. If you have Tae-Bo, don't bother ordering boot camp, but it's a great workout.

Never heard of them. But, with any workout regime you need to compliment it with proper nutrition. If you haven't heard of Usana Health Sciences. You may want too. I was introduced to them about 6 weeks ago and have lost 10 lbs. and I feel great. Still have another 15 to go. I've been taking their Macro Optimzers, nutriton bars and vitamins along with my walking and it has really worked out well so far. If you goto http://healthyny.usana.com and take the free health assessment they will recommend what you should be doing. Odering is easy from the website and takes about 4 days to come in the mail. Good luck :) with anything that you may do.

Jenn, I said the same thing at my one year mark and its now 3 months later and i haven't done s**t except drink beer and eat. I only need to lose about 10 lbs give or take, but i need a lot of toning. I've done his original tae bo years ago when they first came out and lost 15 lbs with good eating of course. I did buy the DVD's. hopefully i'll get them by September and I can start after labor day. i'm sure reality will hit me when i get the call that my gown is in which should be sometime in september.

BTW-your wedding date is my birthday
