going to Bra-Tenders in Manhattan for their bras. I always feel like I'm wearing the wrong size bra and thought i'd give it a try. Any thoughts or other suggestions?

Re: has anyone tried...
I made an appt but didn't end up going. The guy kept me on the phone for 15 mins just to make an appt. He was so annoying and asked me a million questions. I had called in April and said my wedding is next month and he actually asked if i had a dress yet. Then just went on and on, it was annoying bc i was trying to set up a time right before my fitting but since he talked so long he didnt even let me explain that i need to be out of there by a certain time and if i can call to change it just in case. I never was able to make my appt.
I still want to go though, i just really hope somebody else answers the phone bc i'll hang up if its him lol. I think i will go soon. I did the test online to see what your real bra size is and i tried on bras with the size i was told and fit much better so im sure going in person would be even better

I went, they were fantastic. Ask for Raquel. I went with my mom and we originally went for a bustier for my wedding. If you have a gown bring a picture of it. We both decided to get fitted for bras and she explained why I can't wear American-made bras comfortably.
Fitting was free, an hour appointment. Love my new bras and my bustier was very comfortable under my wedding gown. FM is you need more info.

also ORchard street corset is amazing. it is a SMALL store on lower east side. . run by a hassidic jew and his wife. . someone else described it on yelp as walking into the place where you buy wands in harry potters but for bras. .it's TOTALLY no frills but they are amazing and knowing what you need
