Has anyone tried any of the at-home microdermabrasion systems?

I use Youthful Essence which I bought because I saw an endorsement on TV()

I used to know someone who worked in a very good salon and could get me those microdermabrasions session for BIG discount. She doesn't work there anymore, and no way would I spend the money for the actually price, but I missed the benefits. It really did wonders to my skin, so when I saw Susan Lucci’s infomercial, I bought it! Of course, it's not as good as what you get at the salon, but you do see the difference. When my skin starts to get dull and not fresh looking I just use it a few times and it's good as new. I would recommend it! I would imagine it will come especially handy in the winter.
