Has anyone tried herbalife?

I'm going to a herbalife party and was just wondering if anyone had any info on this stuff. I never heard of it.

IVE TRIED IT
I FELT GOOD
BUT YOU CAN ONLY EAT ONCE A DAY
SO I BECOME VERY MEAN
ITS GOOD FOR FAST WEIGHTLOST BUT FOR AN EVERYDAY LIFE ME MYSELF I COULDNT DO IT

I did it and I DO NOT RECCOMEND IT!! i did it and I lost a lot of weight very quickly.. But then I gained it back twice as much.. It's a quick fix, and I got really sick from it.. SOme of it has EPHEDRINE in it so be very careful. i wouldn't do it if I were you. Try weight watchers, it's the best bet. Good luck
