I havent tried it, but I heard since they took the ephdrine(sp?) out it doesn't work... I asked the woman who works at GNC.. I used to take the old xenadrine, that stuff was amazing!
I have heard from so people at the gym that eventhough they to out the ephedra that the pills still work. Not as well but they do the job. THey work the best if you take them and go to a gym or work out some how. That is what i was told. I have taken the regular xenadrine and the ephedra free ones i like them both and have seen results with them. I myself have never taken the 8 hour ones though. Good luck.
Anyone who has ever used the ephedra pills will attest that without it all the other stuff is a placebo. Now that the 11th has past it is going to be near impossible to find anything with Ephedra.
