Has anyone tried the Nutrisystem diet?

the food is gross. I'm in the fitness industry so we got samples at work.

I did this diet a bunch of years ago.. I actually lost quite a bit of weight on it, but I still wouldn't recommend it (as the diet was back then anyhow - it might be diff. now)

I agree- the food products were not great, not sure if that has changed over the years but there were very few things I actually LIKED to eat after awhile

At the time, it was also REALLY expensive due to HAVING to buy the products
