Hi Lana, well since I am not living on LI, I can't comment on that, but I am a pilates freak too---guess it is the former dancer thing (I started modern class at school again....ahhh!)

I havent been but Ive heard that one of the instructors, Amy is great.
I went to a mat class there when they first opened. I was the only one so it was basically a private mat class. I thought the instructor was good. I believe she was the owner. I don't remember her name. But I just didn't go back only because I got lazy. It is worth checking out. I used to go to a studio in Huntington and when the instructor I loved left, I stopped going. It was too far from me from Smithtown
