Has anyone used Macy's Bridal in Smithhaven Mall???

I am concerned...I heard some bad things about getting a dress at Macy's (Demetrios Bridal Salon). Has anyone heard of horror stories about that place? I called the other day and asked if they can tell me approximately when to expect my dress to come in, they didn't know!!!! ( I ordered it in August).... The girl basically rushed me off the phone! It's not like I wanted my dress to come any earlier!! I just wanted to get an idea. What should I do??

My sister used them for her flowegirl dress and they were wonderful!!

& my sisters friend used them for her wedding dress and again, they were also great. I didn't hear a single bad thing.

I ordered my dress from them. Ordered it in June and they said it would take no less then 8 months to come in. I came in the last weekend in Oct.

I have not heard horror stories about them at all. I did however did not like their customer service when I went in to try the dress on after they called and said they got it. I will address that at my next try on when I look for a slip.

I ordered my dress from here back in August and I do not have too much info on them but I can tell you that I have been back there a few times to try jewelry on with the sample gown and they are nothing but helpful. It is the one in Manhasset that I would be worried about. They are the ones with the bad reputation. When I went to Macy's in Manhasset to try on the dress, they were nothing but snobby and could not be bothered. That helped me make the choice of ordering it in Smithhaven Mall when I live in Farmingdale.

I am not worried about ordering my dress from there. I feel like I am in good hands. They told me my dress would take 8-10 months to come in.
