Has anyone used Skylight video, or have any info to share?

Skylight video was recommended by my photographer, and I was hoping to hear a bit about them from someone who isn't being paid a commission! I visited their office, and thought the video looked good, but I am always a bit paranoid that the samples aren't representative! Has anyone here used them or know someone else who has? Also, is anyone else using a place that does just video (not from their photographer)? What company, and what did you like about them?
