We used ultimate class for our wedding and they were AWESOME. The drivers were early, so polite, and very helpful.

Something with overtime $ wanted and the driver pulled over on Hempstead Tpke and refused to drive anymore without being paid (even thought thre reception was very close) The bride cried and it was a disaster!

I'm using Designer. I booked before the story came out. I checked with the BBB and they are perfectly good limo company. Plus my FH is friends with a person who works there so I'mnot worried

I also used designer before the story came out and they were great. They were early and the cars were clean. The drivers were so patient and kind. They helped with my dress and the church runner- couldn't have been more professional.

be SURE to pay for overtime UPFRONT!!!!!!!!! Give your c/c for them to charge you just in case

We paid for overtime upfront even before the story hit the press. We didn't want any problems if we went into OT.

DH and I used Ultimate Class for our wedding day transportation including our OOT guest transportation. They were very prompt, courteous, professional all the way. We also got a 32 passenger limo bus for our OOT guests to take them from our Manhattan ceremony to our Queens reception which was also the same promptness and professionalism. Our guests were mesmerized by the luxury and service provided. We didn't have any problems with them.
They're a vendor listed here on LI Weddings with a website.

The guy at Designer (Ken) was really rude to my FH and I. We were told that he gives discounts to cops (my FH is a cop). When we went, he started to give us prices and then when he found out that our wedding day was during 'prom season' he said that he could no longer give us a discount. THEN...he actually starting pulling out his books from last year to show us how much business he does during prom season...Like we really give a SH*T...NOT TO MENTION...that he was on a personal phone call for like 30 minutes during our appointment. The guy is shady!

I used Designer Limousines for my wedding on 3/29.
I had no problem with them. They showed up on time and the cars were clean. Both drivers were nice and the bar was well stocked. We booked Designer right before that story came out and I decided to still use them. Not every wedding vendor is perfect.

we booked with ultimate class on satuday. they seemed great- beautiful brand new cars.
