Has anyone used Vikki from 12th night?

Hi Ladies,

FH and I are using 12th night photo and originally signed a contract for one photographer. However, we decided we wanted to get a second photographer for the ceremony and picture-taking.
As a second photographer, 12th night offered us a young woman by the name of Vikki. I think she new to the company. Has anyone worked with her? If so, any information would be helpful.

Thanks!
