Hi Kathi. Don`t know him, but if you are interested in meeting other rabbis, I know two others. We are using my FI`s rabbi for our wedding and he is so wonderful. The rabbi emeritus of my temple is also great. He`s actually been in movies too. Let me know if you want their names. Good Luck

Thanks, Lauren. We`ve actually 'booked' Rabbi Applestone already. I was just curious if anyone has met with him. We`re scheduled for our first meeting on June 16. He`s apparently the 'house' Rabbi for Chateau Briand. Who are you using? Thanks again, Kathi

I have heard Rabbi Appelstone`s name a lot. He is recommended by a lot of catering halls. We are using Rabbi Berman of Temple Judea of Manhasset. Good Luck
