They quoted me such a low price on my gown that I am suspicious. Anyone ever order from them and any problems????

I ordered all my BM dresses from them. They where great to work with. I did have a problem with my MOH dress which they fixed right away. That was more the manufactures fault than netbride. If I hadn't already ordered my wedding dress I would have gotten it from them also.
I would def order from them again.

I ordered my BM dresses from there at the end of June, they told me I would receive them no later than the first week of October and I got an email the other day saying they were shipped out and I should have them this week. !!
I think the dresses were about $50-75 less than what the stores wanted

Netbride quoted 391- I don't even know what it normally goes for since I only contacted discount options so far. I think its around 650.

Im having a nightmare as they kept pushing me to order by the sizing chart. *sigh* MAJOR $$$$$ in alterations
The service though was ok.
First they overcharged my credit card and I was overlimit without knowing it. But they called me and apologized (as Im sitting in a nice seafood place in Pittsburg wondering why my credit card was declined) and I got their message later that night. They fixed it the next day.
They gave me a whole lot of what I consider stupid BS excuses about sending me a fabric sample. It took over 3 weeks and they refused to even give me a hint of the size of scrap.
Still I'd give them a B-

I just ordered my BM dresses from there and so far they were really nice to work with and they said i would have the dresses no later than november. They were also like 75 bucks cheaper. My friend got her wedding dress from them. She had no problems whatsoever that is why i am using them.

i got my bridesmaid dresses from them, and they were great. they quoted me about 60 less than some other places. the dresses came in a month earlier then they said they would. they were always quick to respond to emails, but i ordered the dresses over the telephone.

afb10304 got our BM dresses there. They came in a couple of weeks ago and they're perfect, no problems.

I got my dress from them (MoriLee). It was about 400 cheaper than the salons.
It came early and there were no problems with it at all.
