I registered already, at Fortunoff's, Linens and Things and Target. Glad its done withm not as much fune as imagined to me, and we got a few things as engagement gifts from our registry....

I registered right before my engagement party. I got a lot of stuff from the registry. here, they where able to get things off from your registry....stuff that you wanted. I registered and Fortunoff and Bed Bath and Beyond. I've been hearing bad things about Macy's registry.

I didnt have an eparty so I registered last month. I thought it was still way to soon but everyone ( my sister) kept yelling at me to hurry and register so I just got it over with.

I am also getting married in July 2005 and I have not registered yet. It depends if you will have an engagement party if not then you can wait until the end of the year(but don't go during the holidays) the stores will be too busy to service you. If you will have a party you will definelty need to register before the invites go out.

I will probably register in October when I have booked most to all of my vendors so I can relax and enjoy completing a registry. I hate to juggle too many tasks at once. Good luck and HAVE FUN!!

I am not having an engagement party but we are going to register about 10 months before the wedding so that would be in August.

I didn't have an engagement party but I registered about a month after we got engaged. Basically a week after we booked the place and had a firm date. Everyone wanted to get us engagement gifts so we figured we might as well. But I only did Fortunoff's for china and appliances, etc. I'm also registering at Crate and Barrel and for linens at Fortunoff's but I'm holding off on that until about 5-6 mos before the wedding since that stuff changes and is discontinued really often.

We didnt have an engagement party. We plan on registering at Bed Bath & Beyond as well as Fortunoff over the summer.

A few people have asked if I am registering for the e-party. I really don't think so. I am planning on registering after the holidays or maybe sometime around then but not right now. Too far ahead, I thinkl. I have 475 days!

we registered at Fortunoffs and are planning on registering at Bed bath and beyond and target in the fall, early winter

We registered in April. No e-party but people were asking right after we got engaged in October so we finally decided to do it. I went to look at my registry the other day and items are coming off already!

I haven't registered yet.... I figured maybe over the summer or in the fall.... b/c I was reading that you have to watch the seasons... b/c you may put someting on your registry and then it may no longer be available after the end of the season (bedding especially).

But honestly I am just too busy right now!
