Has FH SEEN...

SO here is a big question has any of your FH's saw your wedding dress.
My FH saw a pic of me in my wedding dress and im freaking out!!!!! Im sooo mad. I didnt know he was up yet and I was downloading it to the computer and he walked in as it popped on the screen

To my knowledge, he has not...

I showed him pics of dresses I liked before we got engaged, and all he knows is that I didn't end up buying any of them. He has been known to lurk on me here from time to time, but swears that he hasn't checked my profile albums, and said that he wouldn't click on a thread that said anything having to do with dresses...and said as long as I don't randomly post pics of my dress in a thread about rings, djs, etc, he won't come across it.

But honestly, I think if he did accidentally see it on here, he wouldn't tell me.

WHat made me upset is he was like, please dont tell me thats the dress you bought. 'ITS NOT WHITE AND THE BEADING IS TO DARK< BUT I KNOW YOU WOULDNT PIC THAT' Though the picture does look a little dark I was soooo upset i was glowing i knew this was THE ONE i hope when he sees me on our wedding day he will see what i see

I can understand being upset by that BUT you weren't all done up in the dress. I'm assuming your hair wasn't done, your make up wasn't on, your veil wasn't here, no jewelry... Maybe the dress wasn't even fitted... The whole look is going to be so different on the day of.
In any case, he is going to think you look beautiful when he sees you. He is looking at you, not the dress.
To be honest, most guys don't notice things like that. They notice the girl wearing it not the details of it. So when he sees you in it and knows that you are wearing it that day because you are marrying him, he's going to be ecstatic. It will completely erase the memory of the picture because this will be real live you, really looking your most beautiful, and ready to marry him. So don't sweat it!!!

Okay I just read your last post. That would upset me also. I think what I would do in that situation is tell Fh that it was the dress you brought and you are upset that he doesn't like it. Tell him that now you are going to be thinking about that day and you want him to love the dress you are in. Maybe he can either come to change his mind about the fact that it 'has to be white' or offer to pay for another (not that I think you need another... you should wear what you love... but if it upsets you that much).
BUT, like I said in the last post, its going to look different when the when look is together and then he might not notice that its not all white.

I've seen the dress on you and I've seen the dress on the model on the website. To be honest, I don't like it on the website BUT, when I saw it on you, I LOVED it. The model looked like the dress was wearing her but you look like you are wearing the dress. I don't even know you but it have a real sense of your personality just by looking at that dress on you. Don't be upset that he has seen it before. A dress can look completely different on two people because your personality affects how the dress is worn. I honestly LOVE it on you and I think he will too. You look sooooo much better than the model in the pic I've seen. I don't know if this is coming across right... I'm just saying that you wear it so much better than the model. If I were you, I might be upset if the model looked better in the dress than I did, but its totally the reverse and you are going to knock him dead.

Can you tell us the name of the designer and dress so we can see it on the model in different lighting? The room you are in does look dark and I am sure that is effecting the beading.
Ps. I'm also thinking of Fh when I say you should tell him that is your dress. I think if he realizes that when he sees you in it that day, he might feel like an *** for what he said and you want him focusing on you not on that. Then again, he might not even remember the convo or the dress. I'm just thinking of how he might feel because I embarrass easily....

Please don't be upset. There's a big difference between a pic snapped when you are trying it on and the day you walk down the aisle. FH probably won't even realize it's the same dress. You look absolutely beautiful and that's what he will see. I hate it when things like this happen, but as hard as it is try to let it go. You are going to be GORGEOUS!

Aww..I'm sooo sorry that he saw it and even made a comment like that. I'm def. sure that when he sees it on you the day of he'll totally think different. The computer NEVER does any justice! You're going to look beautiful and he's going to love it!

FH refuses to see mine..or anything to do with me for the day of. He got annoyed that he say my DOJ... but I HAD to wear it to the first fitting...LOL> He was like..where'd you get THOSE from! HAHA. He also didn' know how to react when I got my hair and makeup tirals...ah well. LOL.

I would just breathe... everything is going to work out fine! Please don't beat yourself up about it...

my fh is super careful about not seeing the dress... and so am i... i have no pictures of it for that reason...
