5 of our guests never received our wedding invitation and the strangest part of it is that they were also never returned back to us. so now I have to resend them to the guests that didn't get them....thanks usps!

do you think they will eventually get returned or reach the guests? the post office should be held responsible for that....i know it would be impossible to do that

If you have extras I would send it again (confirm the address again with the recipient).

How long ago did you send them? It took almost 2 weeks to get a returned invitation from Virginia.

My STD's never made it 2 people in Port Washington! I am not sure about anyone else.

My MOH never received her invitation and she lives like 10 minutes away from me. From what I heard, she and at least two others didn't receive the invitations. It's frustrating, because technically we won't know until after the response date when we start making phone calls. And I also never received anything back.

We mailed wedding related items to the wrong number apt. The girl in that apt. called me, when she received the shower invitation, to tell me it was sent to the wrong number apt., but she didn't return it to the apt. complex, or the PO, or we would have gotten it back. We eventually got the correct apt. number for the wedding invitation. For Pete sakes!!!!! If the mail isn't your's, put it back in the mail!!!!!!! If you opened it, tape it up, and put wrong address, so the PO can return to sender. Don't be mean about it!! Each of them probably wound up in other people's mailboxes on accident...and that person threw it out. Me?...I put it back in the outgoing slot and let the USPS figure it out.

this happened to my boss. everyone got their invitation and he never got his. 4 weeks later it showed up at his house in perfect condition. i gave him a new one when it did not show up after a week

luckily almost everyone got ours! but I can believe that must happen all the time!!! We had one couple not get ours and we had extras so we gave them a new one.

I had one that said she didn't get it Not so sure about that!!! Of course she is from FH's side I just sent her another one today. Not sure why I had to, why couldn't she just say yes or no?? I just saw her 2 weeks ago!

that happened to us! we sent two invitations to the SAME HOUSEHOLD and one got lost but the other didn't..how does that even happen?! we only found out because one family asked why they weren't invited to the wedding with the other family members living in the household were invited i felt so bad

we lost one, but he moved a lot, so who knows! A few response cards did get lost though, or delivered to my parents neighbors....
