I got this email at work and it said it was from JA and then she forwarded it to someone from ALL-STATE. There was no email address from JA.

The pictures were geniune. I think nothing is sacred anymore.

Umm.... I would say no, because you didn't take the pics. The initial issuer would be the publisher...

That is absolutely 'publishing' doesn't matter if you were the 'issuer' or not. Anything you post on this site is published. Although Ron and Liz would probably be the ones responsible because they maintain the site. I'm not sure what kind of disclaimer they have.
