My sister just called, screaming and calling me a Bridezilla b*tch since I recommended them for the Shower invites.
She got the correct invites, no envelopes, and the wrong return address labels.
I have never had an issue with them, just wondering if others had?

that seems a bit harsh that she yelled at you just for recommending someone to her - it's not your fault they screwed up!
And as far as your question, I have never had any mess up with my orders throuhg Vistaprint and I have ordered from them several times (not just for wedding related stuff either)

Oh have you met my sister? She screams until she gets her way, and calls me a b*tch all the time.
I can't wait to see what a wreck she will be during her wedding planning.

Wow...that was pretty harsh! I have never had a problem with them and I have ordered tons of mailing labels and xmas cards even before wedding planning. I am sure if you just contact them they will fix it for you! Tell your sis to chillax or switch to decaf LOL!!!

I have heard that Vista is pretty good about fixing things if they mess up.

I've had no problems with them, but I've also heard that they make good on any mistakes that may happen

And then I sent a venting email to her boyfriend (we vent to each other) and she must have the password. She texted me, said really? that email? find a new maid of honor.
Sweet.
Even with no Bridal Party, there is drama. In tears, currently.

I am sorry she said those words. That is harsh
The last time I ordered they billed me for two things instead of one (address labels). I called the next day and they crediteD it.

She has barely had to do ANYTHING. I practically planned the Shower for her! Every vendor (foodwise) that I booked, my first question was about gluten free so she doesn't get sick. I think she has no idea what goes into being a MOH

Nope.. I never, never had a problem with Vista!!!!!!!
Maybe have her check her order too, perhaps she did not place the order for the right things... (it could happens, mistakes always happens)..
