Re: Hat Boxes

Did you look at the paper mache boxes at Michaels? They used to carry them. I got mine from my local craft store (I live in Illinois though). What about AC Moore? I think some girls have gotten them at Home Goods. You can really use any kind if you plan to cover them with fabric. Nobody will see what is under the fabric.

Re: Hat Boxes

I am willing to use anything.... I don't care what they look like (like you said I am going to be covering them up) but i can't find them anywhere. I will try home goods tonight and another ac moore. But michaels, target, tj max, and kohls had nothing.

Amazing Savings had them. Except I don't know if there are any of those on Long Island. They are by me in Brooklyn

Re: Hat Boxes

Check home goods, and definitely check Tuesday Morning in Greenlawn.
I found a really pretty one on Ebay, but it ended up being to small, but I remember there were a lot for good prices.

Marshalls? I have seen them there at one time or another. perhaps Century 21, in the basement.

Re: Hat Boxes

I went to Tuesday Morning and they sold me a square box for $10 and it was a big one too! They have smaller ones of all shapes and sizes. Give them a try.
