Can someone tell me how to make them?
I got two beautiful hat boxes at Saks Off Fifth. I went a few weeks ago and they still had them and i think they were an additional 50% off too.
Thanks for the help.. I will check out AC Moore
I dont know if this is what you were going to do, but I would ( might) buy the cardboard round ( hat looking) boxes and decorate them....I think we will do that if the cost is less..they come in ALL sizes and with lace or pearls would look nice decorated...I saw a nice birdcage though at Party city that was like $17.99 and that might wbe cheaper then decorating the boc....Try Joanns fabric and crafts too if there is one by you, they have good deals sometimes....
Thanks dm... I was actually looking at the cardboard boxes, but they only had the smaller size, I wound up ordering them online.. I am actually going to recreate (or attempt to) their wedding cake.. I pretend that I am crafty and wish I really was... I'll post pics when I am done.. I am hoping to get it done next week when I'm off
i think filenes has them too usually - but they come with designs on them - which you'd cover anyway!
i don't know where you live but fantasy land has alarge assortement, i made hat boxes for my bridal party nd they came out great, i would try there. good luck
where is that?
